The objective was to design a visual narrative piece bridging public knowledge gaps on any chosen topic. This project explores food microbiology, a emerging area of study that intersects agriculture, food systems, public health, and nutrition. It covers topics such as probiotics and fermentation, as well as gut microbiomes and how diet can affect it.
